Firefly Backstage: Getting to Know Red Frog Events

Source: Rock On Philly

Featured Image by Stephanie DeFeo

During the month of June, I enjoyed the distinct privilege of acting in two professional capacities while visiting Firefly Music Festival in Dover, Delaware for the first time. I was pulling double duty: spending two of my four days on site taking in the performances, sights and sounds as a representative of Rock On Philly while working during the other two days on staff for FestWorks. The awesome community and culture of the fans of the annual festival is a very unique one, possessing great interactivity in offering outlook and desired acts in anticipation and ...

Top 10 Performances From Firefly 2015

Source: Rock On Philly

The 2015 Firefly Music Festival was filled with so many great experiences on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in June. Whether enjoying  back-to-back sets from the iconic Morrissey and Paul McCartney or meeting Mark Foster, Zedd, Big Data, Steve Aoki, Eric Wilson from Sublime or taking a selfie with Snoop Dogg on Father’s Day… Firefly was incredible, a four day musical wonder, the likes of which will resonate with me forever. Even after two days of a loaded festival line-up marked by stormy rains at night, the intense heat of the Sun during the ...

Let’s Talk About Ariana Grande’s New Music Video

Source: Rock On Philly

Pop sensation Ariana Grande‘s new music video is…well…kind of awesome. For single “Break Free” featuring Zedd, Grande went for a music video that has absolutely nothing to do with the song. It’s sort of a Barbarella meets Star Trek kind of thing. It’s campy, but it doesn’t shy away from being fairly nerdy.
