The second full-length album from Wolf Alice is on the way, due out Sept. 29, and the UK-based band shared a few more pieces of it Wednesday. Along with the artwork of Visions Of A Life, they released another single entitled “Don’t Delete The Kisses.”

This is the second single from the album, following up “Yuk Foo.” As opposed to its predecessor’s angry rant of a song, “Don’t Take The Kisses” laces Ellie Rowsell’s whispering verses with an echoey chorus, all throughout a spacey pop beat that soothes ...

The 1975 Illuminate The Skyline Stage

I’d be lying if i said that I’m not at least some sort of fan of the Manchester fellows that make up The 1975. This band has blown up over the past couple of years, especially with the release of their second studio album I Like it When You Sleep, for You Are So Beautiful yet So Unaware of It back in February, and have been touring since the end of last year for it, which included a stop at The Fillmore Philadelphia back in December. They returned to our beloved city for another ...

Wolf Alice Rocks Out at Union Transfer with Slaves

Source: Rock On Philly

Photography by Derek Brad

Wow, it’s amazing how far Wolf Alice has come in the past few months! I saw this British rock band back in September at the Trocadero. It was an amazing show, but small and intimate. This band still seemed like rock n’ roll’s best kept secret. Flash forward to last Friday, April 1st, and Wolf Alice almost sold-out Union Transfer. While it was harder for me to get up front and center than the last time I saw them, I was elated to see this band receive the enthusiasm that they deserve. The energy was ...

Japanese Breakfast holds the album release show for their acclaimed new LP Psychopomp. We’ve loved what we’ve heard so far: album singles “The Woman That Loves You”, “In Heaven”, and “Everybody Wants To Love You” have all rocked so far, and surely the rest of the album will too. Also performing will be Littler (who just released their new album Of Wandering) and Myrrias. More information can be found via the XPN Concert Calender.

England alt-rockers Wolf Alice will be performing at Union Transfer tonight ...
