A dumpster fire in Hell’s Kitchen spread to the building which houses music venue Stage 48 last night (11/26). FDNY officials reportedly said that the fire started around 9:10 PM, reached the second floor of the building, and lasted for over two hours.

MSG & Barclays Center to get permanent NYPD officers with high-power rifles

In the wake of increased terror attacks at large public venues, NYPD officers with high-power rifles will now permanently be assigned to NYC arenas Madison Square Garden and Barclays Center. The same is planned for Yankee Stadium, Citi Field and MCU Park this summer.
