In a statement in response, Decapitated said, ”while a trial would have given the band the opportunity to have all this evidence heard, the band welcome the decision and are excited to return back to their homes in Poland.”
At the Drive In’s Cedric Bixler Zavala responded to Masterson’s denial, saying, “he’s had about 15 years to make this statement. Every time he had a chance he laughed at the victims. He is surrounded by enablers.”
Cedric Bixler Zavala called “Incurably Innocent” “a song about sexual abuse and being able to finally speak out.” Specifically, its lyrics relate to his wife, Chrissie Carnell Bixler’s alleged rape by Danny Masterson.
Bixler’s husband, At the Drive In and The Mars Volta frontman Cedric Bixler Zavala, has also commented on Twitter, mentioning that The Church of Scientology has been harassing his family since his wife pressed charges last year.
The allegations come from a detailed statement from Jack Off Jill‘s Jessicka Addams former girlfriend of Twiggy Ramirez, where she describes the abuse she says she experienced throughout the duration of their relationship
