Those Darlins have announced today an “indefinite hiatus,” set to begin after a final round of tour dates early next year. In a statement, the band says “the time has come for us to move in different directions” and tells to “keep your eyes open for new developments from us as individuals.”

Strand of OaksLast week, Strand of Oaks returned home as My Morning Jacket’s tour rolled through the Tower Theatre. The morning after opening for My Morning Jacket in Upper Darby, frontman Tim Showalter laid down a cover of MMJ’s on the XPN Morning Show with Helen Leicht. Check that out below.
