Kamasi Washington returns with Harmony of Difference and a Union Transfer gig

LA-based jazz master, Kamasi Washington, will be bringing his stylish, forward-thinking saxophone jams to Union Transfer this November. In addition, he’s announced a date for the release of his new EP, Harmony of Difference, which is set for September 29th via Young Turks.

Washington already wowed us back in April with his Harmony of Difference track, “Truth.” This 14 minute long tune takes listeners on a moving, lively, epic journey — filled with moments of highs and lows until its grand, heavenly choir finale.
