XPN MusicNotes: See Morrissey’s new video for “Spent the Day in Bed,” watch LCD Soundsystem play “Tonite” on Kimmel

Morrissey, who will be performing at the Fillmore Philly on December 4th, has released a new music video for his single “Spent the Day In Bed.” 

The Morrissey video features English soccer player Joey Barton, who was recently banned for gambling on matches. The song will be on Morrissey’s forthcoming album, Low in Higoh School, which comes out November 17th.

LCD Soundsystem performed their new song “Tonite,” live from a stage in Brooklyn, NY during last night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! Watch it below.

Tributes to the late great Glen Campbell continue ,including on-stage remembrances from John Mayer and Carlos Santana.

Carlos Santana was one of the artists honoring the musical legacy of Glen Campbell, during a performance at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville Tuesday night. Santana sang “Gentle On My Mind” on Tuesday night.  John Mayer was another.
